Hi!

On some styles odd "laser gun"-like sounds appear on the drum track. I have tried switching sf2 soundfonts with no luck. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to solve it? Any help appreciated!

Please share somes styles so we can test and compare our odd sounds with yours.

If it is an important style for you, then you can post it here, and I will check it, if I can redirect this lasergun to another GM drum sound
Basically it happens when the style has been created for a drum kit that does not follow the GM standard
And you currently doesn't have the correct drumkit in your SF2
That's why we have created our soundbanks to help on this compatibility

Thank you both for your thoughts. Sorry for late reply, my internet was down for a couple of days because of extensive rain and flooding in Sweden. One of the styles attached is from Dan´s huge song collection and one from the Genos song collection by "cuentista". What i did was clean it up with Revo drum cleaner. The files named "trash" are the original ones, and the ones named "new" are the cleaned up versions.

The issue occurs from time to time on different types of styles and I´m glad I found a solution.
