I've Ketron SD2 soundfont, then when i switch from a GS/GM mode to Ketron SD2 mode, vA2 don't send the midi bank select (CC0) to channels as on PERC channel. It's a bug?

Also, if i switch from XG to Ketron SD2, then vA2 send correct bank select.. ???
