Close to the vArranger program, put your SF2 files in this folder \vArrangerData\Sounds\SAMPLES\

just copy your soundfont files (.sf2) in the folder I told you, the run vArranger.

vArranger will load all the SF2 files in memory

Every sounds of your soundfonts that have the same Bank/program change that the vArranger synth will replace its sounds

So you can really do what you want !

The soundfont does not have reverb, is Varranger able to add reverb or is there another way?

If it does not have a reverb, you need to redownload the latest exe and synth, and install synth again
It was a bug
There is an included reverb, but you can replace it by your own vst reverb
