They don't seem to know too much about vArranger, and Computer Music,  but they told :

Tablets are full on computers. When paired with the right software they can create a lot of neat things, including music. HP TM2 used along vArranger software can be very neat because the interface allows easy modifications through touch friendly buttons and sliders.
