loopMIDI problem

Hi All
I have just installed loop midi on my desktop without a problem yet when run it the setup screen appears with the following :-
loopMIDI : teVirtualMIDI32.dll not found!
The program created a folder called Tobias Eeichsen in Program Files (86)
with two sub folders called respectively loopMIDI which contains the .exe and release text. And teVirtualMIDI which contains nine files amongst them are both teVirtualMIDI32.dll and tevirtualMIDI64.dll.
Question is, where do I put the file teVirtualMIDI32.dll it is looking for ?.
My desktop is 64bit running windows 8.

Maybe a problem with the antivirus to disable for some minutes, or other problems...

Thanks for replying Dan. I have turned off Virus protection but the problem persists. I have uninstalled then program then re-installed it, no different.
Are other people using the loop  without a problem ?.
